The plain-English heart of it: Cupidt introduces verified humans to verified humans. We verify identity — we do not guarantee chemistry, love, a relationship, or that any match becomes "your soulmate." Soulmate means many things — a spark, a season, a lesson, sometimes forever — and no outcome is promised or guaranteed. You meet people at your own judgment and risk, and you must be 18 or older.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, complete identity verification, and maintain only one account. You confirm all information you provide (including your photo and date of birth) is truthful and yours.

2. Verification — what it is and isn't

Every member completes government-ID and liveness verification through our independent verification partner; we retain proof of verification, not your documents. Verification confirms identity. It is not a background check. We do not routinely screen criminal history, and verification is not an endorsement of any member's character, intentions, or conduct.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Introductions, compatibility outlooks, "stress-test" results, and any cosmic or personality content are estimates and entertainment-informed guidance, not predictions or promises. We do not and cannot guarantee matches, mutual interest, dates, chemistry, relationships, or any romantic outcome. Terms like "soulmate match" describe our highest-confidence pairing tier — not a warranty of destiny.

4. Your safety and responsibilities

You alone decide whether, where, and how to meet anyone. Meet in public, tell someone your plans, and use your judgment — you assume the risks of in-person meetings.
Treat members with respect. Harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, or cruelty end membership immediately.
No impersonation, no account sharing, no commercial use, no scraping, no automated access. Cupidt is for humans — bots are removed and banned.
Report concerns via in-app tools or [email protected]; we may warn, suspend, or ban at our discretion to protect the community.

5. Fees, mutual-commit, and refunds

Browsing, questions, and receiving introductions are free. When both members accept an introduction, each pays the stated one-time connection fee and the chat opens. If the other member does not commit within 72 hours, any payment you made is automatically refunded. Reopening an archived chat requires the stated reunlock fee from the initiator and acceptance plus fee from the other member; unaccepted reunlock offers are refunded after 7 days. Except as stated, fees are non-refundable. Prices are shown before you pay and may change prospectively.

6. Chat, moderation, and reviews

To keep the club kind and safe, first messages are reviewed before delivery and conversations may be screened by automated and human moderation as described in our Privacy Policy. Post-date ratings affect member standing; reviews are moderated before they count, may be petitioned, and are removed on mutual agreement or our determination. We may decline to publish any content.

7. Your content

You retain your content and grant us a limited license to host, display, and process it to operate the service. Don't upload content you lack rights to, or content that is unlawful, explicit involving anyone under 18 (zero tolerance — reported to authorities), or infringing.

8. Third-party services

Identity verification and the verified-human network are operated with our affiliated verification partner, 5arz ([5ARZ ENTITY]). When you complete verification, you consent to the creation and maintenance of a verification record on that network (status and credential only — never your matches, messages, answers, or photos), as described in the Privacy Policy. Verification, payments, reservations, and hosting are otherwise provided by third parties under their own terms. Restaurant availability and perks depend on partners and may change or end at any time.

9. Termination

You may delete your account anytime (see Privacy Policy for data deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, endanger members, or fail re-verification. Fees already earned are not refunded on termination for violation.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY MEMBER ONLINE OR OFFLINE, FOR OUTCOMES OF INTRODUCTIONS OR DATES, OR FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations; some of these may not apply to you.

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE]. Disputes will be resolved in [VENUE / individual arbitration], and you waive class actions to the extent permitted by law.

12. State-specific rights & cancellation

Residents of certain states (including New York and California) have statutory rights for dating-service contracts, including the right to cancel within three business days of payment for a full refund, and additional cancellation rights in cases of relocation, disability, or death. To exercise any cancellation right, email [email protected]. Where state law grants you greater rights than these terms, state law wins. We do not conduct criminal background screening — see Section 2 — and we encourage all members to review our safety guidance before meeting anyone.

13. Language

Cupidt may offer machine translation for convenience. The English version of these Terms and the Privacy Policy is the controlling language; translations are provided for reference only.

14. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email, and continued use means acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
